I had never had to file an insurance claim before and I feel they went above and beyond in helping me get the necessary information in place-even talking with my insurance agent AND coming to the … More house to meet with the adjustor! Once I got the information back from insurance they were able to work with me to make sure I had everything I needed for a beautiful new roof and even took care of some weird things they didn't have to while up there. There was a small issue with scheduling, but I appreciated how quickly they let me know day of and how willing and able they were to answer all of my questions and get me taken care of as soon as they could (which was the next day)! Overall they were one of the easiest contractors I've ever worked with - and my house has had a lot of different types of contractors in and out of it.
