Through mutual acquaintance, I asked Dan if he would be interested in giving me an estimate. He was there later that day, very east to work with and very quick to respond to any text, question, or phone call. They were very fast in providing an estimate and worked with us to schedule the project quickly. His crew was fast, clean, and most of all, meticulous. We had a James Hardy pre finished siding installed, and it looks amazing! They were very helpful from the design process, to fixing a few more unforeseen repairs along the way. TOP NOTCH! I appreciate being valued as a customer, and I also love the face that we are working with veterans that served our country. Absolutely perfect, to the finest detail.   I have used Titan twice over several years. The most recent time, it was actively storming and water started coming into my home. The first thing that impressed me was that, when I called, the phone still rang through immediately to a person … More that was able to connect me with a local salesman of theirs that came out within just a couple hours to check out my emergency. This is impressive since other companies that are not as big as Titan have switched to automated systems that just don’t feel as caring. The salesman, Dan, came in and was able to establish that there was a quick fix and was able to get my home squared away quickly. Additionally, I value the level of service they provide as a veteran-owned business. Their attention to detail and customer oriented structure has made both of my experiences with them incredible.

  Friendly, efficient, honest, and respectful! These are just a short list of long words I would use to describe the company as a whole. Every single employee we encountered was wonderful! Everything was explained for our roof from the options … More of shingle types to colors. We were also sent our pamphlets to compare and contrast our options and experienced a no sales pressure experience. Once our roof and gutters were done, the crew took just as much time and consideration to picking up every last nail as they did installing everything! Great bunch of hard workers!!
